My philosophy
The soon to be 22-year company existence has led me through many different and exciting stations. It is still my motivation to be creative in sports, always to find completely new approaches. I just enjoy asking and encouraging people. Be it at seminars, in everyday management or at sports events.
Whether with children or top athletes, if someone wants to develop, then something has to be created where he can try it.
For me, there is nothing better to use nature as my workplace. The fun of moving is my motivation.
